  • Gerardo L. Alonso

    Senior Vice President, Division Manager

    Gerry was appointed manager of AFM in February 2020. In this role, he provides corporate leadership for underwriting, sales, marketing, engineering, information technology and processing.

    Previously, Gerry served as senior vice president, Eastern US division manager for FM Global, overseeing all insurance operations for the division, which serves clients and their locations globally. 

    Earlier in his career with the company, he served as Boston, Massachusetts, USA, operations manager, based in Norwood, Massachusetts, and senior vice president, manager, claims, in Johnston, Rhode Island, USA. Prior to that, Gerry provided oversight of enterprise learning in Johnston, including employee and client training, and was the company’s Western US division claims manager based in Plano, Texas, USA. He joined FM Global in 1985 as a loss prevention consultant before becoming a loss adjuster.

    Gerry holds a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA. He is a registered professional adjuster and a member of the Loss Executives Association.

  • Sean Bishoff

    Regional Senior Vice President, Western US

    Sean Bishoff

    Based in AFM's Los Angeles, Calif., USA, office, Sean is responsible for developing a profitable book of business and overall operations for the Dallas, Los Angeles, Portland, San Francisco and Seattle offices.

    Appointed to his current position in 2013, Sean previously served as operations vice president, area manager, Los Angeles. Prior to moving to AFM, Sean was an account manager and an account engineer for FM Global.

    Sean holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from CSUN in Northridge, Calif., and a master's degree in philosophy from CSULA in Los Angeles.

    He joined the company in 1994 as a field engineer.

  • Gervais Landry

    Regional Senior Vice President, Canada

    Gervais Landry

    Based in AFM's Montreal, Quebec, Canada, office, Gervais is responsible for developing a profitable book of business and overall operations for the Toronto and Montreal offices.

    Appointed to his current position in 2011, Gervais previously served as vice president and director for AFM's Europe and Australia operations, vice president and area manager for its Canada operations, and district manager and production underwriter in its Montreal operations.

    Gervais holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Polytechnique School of Montreal, Canada.

    He joined the company in 1985 as a loss prevention consultant.

  • Cindy Meek

    Regional Senior Vice President, Eastern US

    Cynthia Meek

    Based in Johnston, R.I., USA, Cindy is responsible for managing the AFM offices in Boston, New York and Washington, D.C.

    Cindy joined FM Global in 2001 as a loss prevention consultant engineer and has held roles in underwriting and management. Prior to being appointed to her current position in 2018, Cindy was area manager for the AFM offices in Seattle and Portland.

    Cindy holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Portland State University, Portland, Ore.

    She enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and pets.

  • Liza Pullen

    Regional Senior Vice President, Central US

    Based in AFM's Park Ridge, Illinois, USA, office, Liza is responsible for the overall operations of AFM's Atlanta, Chicago and Cleveland offices.

    Liza was appointed to her current position in 2020. Previously, she was the client service manager for FM Global’s Chicago operations. Prior to that, Liza served as assistant client service manager, senior account manager and underwriter. She joined the FM Global Group in 2002 as a consultant engineer.

    Liza received a bachelor of science degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa.

  • Andrew Stafford

    Regional Senior Vice President, Europe and Australia

    Based in AFM’s Luxembourg office, Andrew is responsible for the overall operations of AFM’s Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Paris and Sydney offices.

    Prior to being appointed to his current role in 2020, Andrew served as the client service manager for FM Global’s operations in Australia and New Zealand, where he led underwriting, client service and client relationship efforts. He also held various other roles at FM Global within the underwriting, engineering and training functions in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. He joined the FM Global Group in 1994 as a consultant engineer.  

    Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Swinburne University, Melbourne, Australia, and a graduate diploma in business administration from Mt Eliza Business School, Victoria, Australia.
