James R. Galloway
Senior Vice President, Division Manager
Jim was appointed manager of AFM in May 2017. In this role, he provides corporate leadership for underwriting, sales, marketing, engineering, information technology and processing.
Previously, Jim served as senior vice president, manager of sales for FM Global.
Prior to this role, Jim was senior vice president of the company's Central U.S. division, overseeing all insurance operations for the division, which serves clients in more than 20 states. He joined the FM Global organization in 1986 as a loss prevention consultant.
Jim has a bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, Calif., USA, and holds the CPCU designation from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters. Originally from California, USA, Jim and his wife have two sons.

Loïc Le Dréau
Regional Senior Vice President, Europe
Based in Luxembourg, Loïc Le Dréau is responsible for developing a profitable book of business and the overall operations for the Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Milan and Paris offices of AFM.
Prior to being appointed to his current role in 2018, Loïc served as manager of global sales, EMEA, for FM Global. He joined the FM Global Group in 1995 as a loss prevention consultant and has held several roles, including client service manager and operations engineering manager for FM Global's Paris operations.
Loïc and his wife enjoy boating in the Channel Islands.
Loïc has a bachelor's degree in mathematics and physics, and a Master of Science degree in physics and instrumentation from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Paris.

Regional Senior Vice President, Western US and Australia
Based in AFM's Los Angeles, Calif., USA, office, Sean is responsible for developing a profitable book of business and overall operations for the Los Angeles, Portland, San Francisco, Seattle and Sydney offices.
Appointed to his current position in 2013, Sean previously served as operations vice president, area manager, Los Angeles. Prior to moving to AFM, Sean was an account manager and an account engineer for FM Global.
Sean holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from CSUN in Northridge, Calif., and a master's degree in philosophy from CSULA in Los Angeles.
He joined the company in 1994 as a field engineer.

Regional Senior Vice President, Canada
Based in AFM's Montreal, Quebec, Canada, office, Gervais is responsible for developing a profitable book of business and overall operations for the Toronto and Montreal offices.
Appointed to his current position in 2011, Gervais previously served as vice president and director for AFM's Europe and Australia operations, vice president and area manager for its Canada operations, and district manager and production underwriter in its Montreal operations.
Gervais holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Polytechnique School of Montreal, Canada.
He joined the company in 1985 as a loss prevention consultant.

Regional Senior Vice President, Central US
Based in the company's Park Ridge, Ill., USA, office, Dave is responsible for the development of the entire book of business for AFM's Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas and Atlanta offices.
Prior to being appointed to his current position in 2005, Dave served as an area manager, district manager, production underwriter and account engineer. He joined the FM Global Group in 1981 as a loss prevention consultant.
Dave and his wife are now empty nesters with their two grown children establishing lives on their own. Opportunities for travel, weekend getaways, reading junk fiction, and playing board games, bridge and fantasy football keep Dave happy and busy.
Dave received a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Calif.

Regional Senior Vice President, Eastern US
Based in Johnston, R.I., USA, Cindy is responsible for managing the AFM offices in Boston, New York and Washington, D.C.
Cindy joined FM Global in 2001 as a loss prevention consultant engineer and has held roles in underwriting and management. Prior to being appointed to her current position in 2018, Cindy was area manager for the AFM offices in Seattle and Portland.
Cindy holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Portland State University, Portland, Ore.
She enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and pets.
