April 11, 2006—Affiliated FM launched enhanced versions of our real estate and condominium policies. These new forms provide customers with broader coverage and greater flexibility to meet their unique coverage needs, and supports Affiliated FM’s commitment to providing innovative new products and services to our brokers and customers.

Among their many benefits, the comprehensive policies feature a combined business interruption/extra expense form, as well as embedded coverage for boiler and machinery, flood and earthquake. Broadened definitions and specialized valuations help to further enhance the scope of coverage, while limits for the 24 extensions of coverage and additional lines can be modified to meet the specific needs of customers.
